Finish note — important (read before purchase):

The armrests and back panel feature a lacquer finish. Lacquer looks sharp and glossy — that’s the point — but it can be more prone to chipping or scratching from normal daily wear (rings, tools, belt buckles, repeated contact). This is an inherent characteristic of lacquer material and is NOT covered by warranty after use. If your shop is extremely high-traffic or rough on equipment, plan for normal cosmetic wear accordingly.

Delivery & Setup:

This is a very heavy item and will ship via freight on a pallet, so delivery works a little differently than standard UPS packages.

  • What you get: CURBSIDE DELIVERY with a liftgate- the driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the curb/driveway
  • What the driver will NOT do: move the pallet inside, unbox, or assemble (this is standard for freight curbside delivery)
  • What you should plan for: break down the pallet and carry the boxes inside yourself; please prepare 2 or more people to help with unloading due to the size and weight
  • Best practice: choose a clear, flat drop-off spot and have a box cutter / basic tools ready so you can move everything inside quickly after delivery

Important Delivery Notes (Please Read):

  • Transit times are estimates based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delays may occur due to severe weather, seasonal carrier volume, or other events outside of our control.
  • For freight deliveries, the driver will unload the pallet using a liftgate. The carrier does not bring items inside, unbox, or assemble (standard freight policy). Please plan for 2+ people to move the shipment indoors.
  • It's always recommended to take photos and videos upon delivery, whether or not any damage is visible. This helps us assist you faster if there is a freight-related issue.
  • Make sure your delivery address and contact phone number are accurate. Missed delivery appointments, address corrections, re-delivery, or storage may generate carrier fees.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) from our Portland, Oregon hub. Processing time does not include transit time.
